ServiceNow Knowledge Manager

DescriptionSAIC is seeking a, Fully Remote, ServiceNow Knowledge Manager to support the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Revolutionary IT Services (RITS) program to create, review, and maintain technical documentation for Knowledge Management within ServiceNow to be used by technical and non-technical users.NOTE: This position is fully remote / work from home.JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide Functional ownership to the ServiceNow Knowledge Management function including knowledge base management, article reviews/audits, creation and maintenance of new and existing article and all processes related to ServiceNow Knowledge Management

Collect, create, organize, and manage knowledge and services for the benefit of the organization, its clients, and its business partners

Facilitate the integration of KM tools as needed

Ensure content within the CIO/G-6 maintained ServiceNow knowledge bases remain current and relevant by identifying content POC/groups and performing regular content audits

QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors and two (2) or more years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree

Experience managing ServiceNow Knowledge Management content and modules

Strong technical writing skills

Sound foundation in technology to ensure fluency with all Knowledge Management users

Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures

Ability to keep current on technological developments/trends

Ability to perform gap analysis and generate plans to improve upon deficiencies in knowledge

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

Must be able to obtain a full Secret Clearance; Interim Secret required prior to start, SAIC will help to obtain

Must be a current US Citizen

Target salary range: $50,001 - $75,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
