SharePoint Administrator with TS/SCI at it's Springfield, VA location.

Responsibilities

The primary duties of the Process Improvements Specialists are to support the Service Operations Office (TOC), the Service Performance Office (TOP), and the Corporate Services Office (TOZ) in the areas of service performance reporting, status reporting to leadership, Secure IT Operations Board (SIOB) support, and maintenance/development of TO SharePoint sites.

  • Prepare graphics, charts, and analyses in support of routine and ad hoc IT service performance reporting as required by the Operation Control Office (TOC) and the Service Performance Office (TOP) Leadership.
  • Support the Corporate Services Office (TOZ) by providing subject matter expertise in recommending, defining and implementing processes that are not currently in place to enable improved efficiencies across the Secure Operations Group (TO), or recommend improvements to current processes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in providing recommendations and influencing status updates presented to the weekly SIOB by tracking activities and submitting draft recommendations to the project managers of the Operations Control Office (TOC) and the Service Performance Office (TOP).
  • Assist the Corporate Services Office (TOZ) as facilitators of the weekly SIOB by providing subject matter expertise to project managers in recommending and implementing project management best practices in the execution of the SIOB and sub-forums.
  • Assist the Secure Operations Group (TO) Offices by providing subject matter expertise in preparing for the monthly metrics review; this includes managing the data call; collecting and reviewing metrics for quality and value; scheduling publishing minutes; and tracking and reporting status of actions for metrics review.
  • Assist the Secure Operations Group (TO) Offices by providing subject matter expertise in preparing for the weekly SIOB by managing the data call; ensuring project managers are prepared and available for scheduled date; publishing minutes; and tracking and reporting status of actions for each SIOB review.
  • Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices by providing subject matter expertise in preparing for and facilitating the quarterly SIOB Senior Leadership Portfolio Review of projects and initiatives impacting organizations across CIO-T, the agency and the NSG.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in delivering automated solutions to improve business operations and gain efficiencies for the Secure Operations Group as requested by leadership.
  • Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices by developing Office SharePoint sites as required by each functional area of the organization.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in managing the content by ensuring currency and accuracy of information presented on the Secure Operations Groups and its Offices SharePoint sites.
  • Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices management by ensuring official taskers, Key Component (KC) Weekly Activity Reports and ad hoc action/initiatives are completed and submitted on time.
  • Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices Leadership by supporting the development of intra- and inter-agency Memorandums of Agreement and/or Memorandum of Understanding by submitting draft recommendations as requested.
  • Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices senior management by providing fact sheets, white papers, or similar artifacts as required and requested by management.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to the Corporate Services Office (TOZ) by assisting in the execution of a quarterly Secure Operations Group (TO) recognition program to provide incentive structures with formal and informal recognition for government employees.
  • Assist the Corporate Services Office (TOZ) in monitoring and managing space within the Secure Operations Group (TOZ) - at NGA Campus East (NCE) and NGA Campus West (NCW); this includes updating the appropriate document on a monthly basis; reconciling Security Installation and PeopleSoft reports with records for the Secure Operations Group (TO) assigned seats and space.
  • Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices in coordinating required preparation for recurring meetings; this includes Staff Meetings, Division Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Town halls.
  • Assist the Secure Operations Group Offices by assuring assigned tasks for the CIO-T current Fiscal Year Action Plan Tracker are accurate and updated in a timely manner

Qualifications

Clearance Required: TS/SCI prior to consideration. Must be able to pass a polygraph.

Certifications Required: CMMI, ITIL (must get within 6 months of award)

Required Education/

Years of Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Management or Business-related field
  • 7-10 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and managing SharePoint websites. Experience in developing solutions within SharePoint to support customer reporting and automation requirements.

Desired Education/

Years of Experience:
  • Certification: ISO, Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of IC, Department of Defense, and NGA offices and programs
