Job DescriptionOversee, plan, coordinate, and support the departments daily operations, focusing on priorities: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.Lead daily Performance Meetings and weekly Improvement Meetings within the department.Conduct daily shift startup and handover meetings.Engage in projects and improvement initiatives.Participate in the Problem Resolution Process to identify root causes and develop sustainable solutions.Provide departmental training and support as needed.Develop and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Instruction Breakdowns (JIBs), driving process improvements.Manage the warehouse and all inbound/outbound activities in coordination with the production team.Oversee inventory management both onsite and offsite, including cycle/spot counting, documentation management, and communication with offsite storage suppliers.Perform inspections of incoming materials.Handle Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and Material Return Authorizations (MRAs).Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).Investigate claims and support their resolution.Act as a liaison between the department, support functions, and the Team Manager.Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, self-manage, and prioritize to meet deadlines.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
