Skid loader & mini excavator operators.

Im looking for a couple guys that can operate equipment, one of you will become my trusted (% share) forman as i want to start doing just sales and project management for the company. Need to have good drivers license and no drug/ alcohol issues. Forman gets a share for completing jobs and managing labor and equipment maintenence. This is a growing operation .
