We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Saute & Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The Saute & Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and executing a wide range of menu items, with a strong focus on saute station operations, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and timely service. The ideal candidate will be a culinary professional with a passion for precise cooking techniques,a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities: Preparing & cooking a variety of dishes including eggs, meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, and sauces according to our established recipes and presentation standards.

Ensure proper cooking and monitor food temps for quality, safety and optimal flavor profiles. Serve-Safe Certification.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment, demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent food quality and presentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a hot kitchen environment.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings through afternoons, evenings & weekends.

Work collaboratively with our team, contributing a positive attitude and strong work ethic to a supportive and respectful kitchen culture.

Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating any shortages as needed.

Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including saute pans, grills, ovens and other tools.
