• Position Type: Permanent position

• The Candidate shall manage the ongoing actions and complex integration support.
• The Candidate shall identify methods to improve the action process and work with application users and leadership to clarify actions, ensure responses are timely, thorough and appropriate, according to schedule requirements.
• The Candidate shall coordinate with external users and programs to facilitate usage of the solution.
• The Candidate shall conduct technical exchanges defining the architecture, connectivity, integration, and data coordination with the current Sponsor partners.
• The Candidate shall coordinate with program partners and users to enhance usability and functionality, query optimization, enhance mission requirements, and training.
• The Candidate shall collect and document requirement details, schedule tasks across the components, manage agile sprint execution, and overall reporting of metrics and development status.
• The Candidate shall develop and maintain ingest flows with externals systems, develop data transformations, and data models.
• The Candidate shall develop and implement Speech to Text solutions as well as AI models.
• The Candidate shall support the Sponsor to collect, analyze, and publish operational metrics including dataset usage, dataset management, system performance, and system usage.
• The Candidate shall support analysis for standardizing and determining needed metrics, display to a metrics dashboard and reporting to senior and executive leadership.
• The Candidate shall develop training documentation for best system use, light curriculum including user guides, videos, training plan, etc.
• The Candidate shall hold regular user training sessions.
• The Candidate shall perform automated and manual testing of the program ecosystem including the UIs and Datasets.
• The Candidate shall support Test Driven Development approach and perform additional independent testing of UI functionality and Dataset accuracy.
• The Candidate shall develop the documentation, as needed, in support of the network and Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) processes.

• Demonstrated experience in JAVA and C.
• Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining operating processes and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience resolving routine to highly complex inquiries.
• Demonstrated expertise with MS Outlook, and Office, and working knowledge of standard operating tools and applications.
• Demonstrated experience providing high-level customer service and supporting users, managers, and staff.
