If you answered “yes,” then read on!We offer a hybrid work schedule (one week in the office, one week of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.Military service members and veterans with ranks from E5-E9, W1-CW5, or O3-O6, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined below will be considered for this opportunity.At this time, Dominion Energy cannot transfer nor sponsor a work visa for this position.Job SummaryManages development and diligence phases of major company owned solar projects from 20 to 800 MW ac including business development support, site development, permitting support, and scope development in preparation for major contract negotiations, engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, permit completion, construction activities, commissioning, and transition to commercial operation in our growing regulated Virginia solar fleet. Supports development and management of specific portions of project budget and schedule in advance of corporate governance and state corporation commission filings. This is a lead role on the Solar Project Construction team for major complex solar projects exceeding $100M capital expenditures per project. This position will work collaboratively with the existing Dominion Energy business development, real estate, transmission interconnection, environmental, and project pre-construction team leads to develop cost-effective projects to be delivered on time and on budget. This position reports to the Manager – Site Construction.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & ExperienceThe knowledge, skills, abilities, and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:

7 + years of experience in project management, relevant technologies, and leadership in the assigned project areas.

Skilled in developing, implementing, and managing new construction and/or improvement projects that enhance the overall reliability, efficiency, and safety of solar or other generating facilities.

Strong team building skills.

Effective negotiating skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.

Ability to develop, manage and monitor project performance to ensure results meet project requirements and schedules.

Ability to resolve technical problems and implement changes.

Ability to work and develop rapport with all levels of management and staff.

Ability to represent the project and the company in public forums to support projects.
