Local upscale restaurant seeking Experienced Sous Chef. Must be extremely proficient in seafood fabrication, seafood preparation, knowledge of sauce preparation, experienced in high end ingredients, experienced in food costing & menu creation. Please respond w/ current resume for consideration. Interviews will include kitchen skill & cooking demonstration. Wage would be dependent on experience but would begin at 49k and go up based on skill level
