Sr. Business System Analyst with API

Job Summary:

• A client of ours in Richmond VA is looking for a Sr. Business System Analyst with API for a Contract opportunity.

• Healthcare experience (healthcare data) and core API experience mandatory.

• looking for a talented and creative business system analyst with onsite coordinator experience for one of the leading healthcare providers in the United States.

• Experience in coordinating with Offshore team/s
• May need work with project teams with regards to testing tasks, to verify the expected results as per business objectives.
• Experience on creation of project initiation documents such as business requirement documents.
• Experience on creation of functional requirements to fulfill the business requirements.
• Experience on conducting iterative meetings with users and stakeholders for requirement finalization, requirement refinement, documentation and getting the users and stakeholder's approvals.
• Experience to capture all the non-functional requirements for quality of service based on performance, scalability, security and usability.
• Experience on performing requirements gathering and analysis, estimating time required for project completion, preparing schedules, design documentation, design reviews and development, testing and deployment of application enhancements, as well as project planning.
• Experience on helping the application users in understanding the application and setting up an environment to make the application successful.
• Experience on providing trainings to business group and end users on the application and documenting the learning.
• Ensure that the project team fully understand the project requirements specifications and that testing results correspond to the business expectations/needs
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience in the health care insurance industries desired; Excellent written, verbal.Required education and experience:

• 8 or more years experience on one platform, multi database, multi language or multi business application, analytics and reporting, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• Scrums Agile, Dev Ops'(Nice to have)
• Good Communication Skills Health Care Knowledge - Domain certifications(nice to have)
• Tools JIRA, Confluence , Atlassian tools
• Experience in Mongo DB concepts
• Experience in UI business requirement development
• Experience in real-time API enhancements
• Database Concepts - SQL/Oracle DB
• Proven/genuine experience

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 10+ years of Sr. Business System Analyst with API Experience.
