Job Description:

As a Sr. Cloud Solutions Developer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Assessing current/forecasted customer demand to identify, innovate, design, and build strategies around new 5G opportunities from end-to-end. This is a team effort, and your focus will be on Multi-access Edge Compute.
  • Developing applications that provide innovative solutions aligned to customers' missions
  • Recognized as a subject matter expert in 5G technology and edge compute
  • Providing expert knowledge for the research, evaluation, and deployment of advanced edge computing and data analytics
  • Providing expert knowledge for the development of highly complex 5G technologies, algorithms, and applications
  • Providing expert guidance and leadership to less-experienced personnel
  • May serve as a task or project leader (not a people manager)
  • Support configuration and set up of lab test equipment for customer demos to include end user devices including Security, iOS & Android , VR and AR devices
  • Must have excellent communication skills and ability to present to customers and be a client facing demonstration lead on a quarterly basis
  • Day to day duties will include managing the user experience for the Emerge 5G lab

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • BA/BS or equivalent, 10+ years of experience. including experience in Multi-Access Edge Computing.
  • Previous experience authoring proposals. (Previous DoD or Federal proposal experience is a nice to have).
  • Must be local to Northern VA/ DMV or able to commute daily/ regularly to Fairview Park office in Falls Church.
