client : Capital one Sr Java Developer with AWS expert Location: location: mclean va - 2 months remote to start 2 position C2H after 6 months 2 position Contract Rate:$65/hr C2C Experience to Architect, design, develop, test and deploy, applications on cloud Strong coding skills in Java, J2EE and Microservices, Spring boot framework Experience with designing and developing REST APIs and integrating with external applications Experience with reverse engineering, troubleshooting and re-platforming applications Be hands-on building back-end micro services using Java and AWS services like S3, EC2, ECS, RDS with full ownership of shipping user-facing enterprise products. Participate in design reviews, code reviews of your work and the work of your peer engineers. Experience with Linux shell, Linux scripting, Maven, git (or equivalent), Jenkins, Gitlab CI/CD and continuous integration/continuous deployment AWS Solution architect associate certification- Good to have Dynamo, MySQL or Aurora DB experience Experience in Docker Monitoring - Splunk knowledge, Kafka, New Relic Experience developing software with test automation or Test-driven Development. Experience building UI stack using but not limited to Angular, React, Jquery Experience with Micro-frontend Architecture- Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex distributed issues in a production environment Develop products using agile methods and tools Work side by side with your scrum team to deliver high quality software on time
