Immediate need for a talented
Sr. Kubernetes Engineer/Admin with experience in finance/banking. This is 6 months contract with a long-term potential opportunity and is located in McLean VA (onsite after Covid). Job ID: 21-63540 Skills – Strong Kubernetes exp., Kubernetes cert is highly preferred, Container, Orchestration- Hands on extensive experience on container orchestration solution especially in kubernetes.
- Proven experience Managing Productionized kubernetes cluster.
- Knowledge of Linux, Scripting, automation, Cloud, monitoring technologies; previous exposure to Docker, Rocket, or another container platform.
- Hands on scripting and/or programming experience for automation purposes is required.
- Proven knowledge of network protocols, and security.
- Knowledge in Linux/Ubuntu.
- Solid experience in deploying and managing resources on AWS.
- Able to efficiently tinker and find working solutions around scripting languages, and love to automate everything.
- Experience in DevOps area with CI tools like Jenkins or Circle CI.
- Familiarity with Version control tools, preferably Git and GitHub.
