Using your engineering background, you will drive to improve production output, yield, and uptime key metrics. You will add value and expertise to the business by identifying and implementing cost reduction and yield improvement opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Work to brainstorm & implement solutions to improve production

Coordinate with the team to insure timely completion of work

Conduct risk analysis & reduction

Aide in project planning

Identify areas of cost improvement

Drive technical solutions

Production Engineering Trials

Driving RCFA execution

Owner in responsibilities of Mechanical Integrity

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

5 years experience

WE VALUE

Greenbelt/DFSS certified

Ability to work independently

Willingness to learn new technologies

Mechanical Engineering experience

Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work

Proficient project management skills

Good knowledge of mechanical industry

Cause identification/FMEA experience

Working knowledge of SAP/HOS
