94883BRJob Title:Sr Procurement CoordinatorLocation:West Creek-Broadline Corp2 (0626)Job Description:Responsible for assisting procurement management and staff in the successful performance of their duties by performing necessary clerical and administrative support functions required to ensure the efficient operations of the department. Interfaces with Vice President, Procurement, category management, buyers, brokers, vendors, Information Technology personnel, customers, and has limited contact with other distributors. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.Provide high level office administrative support for department to include but not limited to: answering phones and directing calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently, communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications and arrange travel schedule and reservations for management, as needed.Create presentations, reports and forms as requested by management and demonstrates intermediate to advanced computer skills.Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.Trains new purchasing staff in the use of procurement systems and in procurement procedures.
