Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
Work with the team and the Customer to ensure submitted data is accurate.
Design and configure workflows using SharePoint
Generate reports highlighting key items and performance factors.
Provide program analysis, data management, analysis of government approved documents, business management and meeting coordination.+ Collaborate and coordinate information with various team members to accomplish deliverables within the confines of submission deadlines
Advise leadership of possible scenarios to assist them in understanding short and long-term impacts.
Review processes and pinpoint areas of risk to implement process improvements to achieve efficient and accurate products.
Plan for high-risk scenarios to ensure that they can be communicated to upper management in a timely manner so necessary actions can be taken prior to their occurrence when possible.
Guide team members and leadership through pinnacle milestones by providing expert advice.
Deliver reports with strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and achieve organizational objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Project, Excel, Word

Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to work with others, problem solve, provide direction and guidance to the team.

The likely salary range for this position is $69,722 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
