Essential Job Requirements: (Duties listed are not intended to be all inclusive nor to limit duties that might reasonably be assigned.) Demonstrable Microsoft Office skills, Microsoft Excel VBA, MS Project or Visio and experience with financial data systems and data visualization a plus. Must be well organized, work independently, comprehend business requirements and proactively identify systems and reporting capabilities to address those requirements. Ability to work independently and collaborate with creativity and vision. Troubleshooting, problem resolution and follow-through to implementation skills in order to manage multiple and diverse projects for existing or new ERP systems simultaneously in a detail-oriented work environment. Work closely with peer financial, business teams, IT and cross-functional stakeholders and vendor project teams to develop/coordinate, build and execute test plans, project scope and manage the requirements development process. Responsible for managing aspects of the financial system to include implementing new functionality, queries, modifications, upgrades, system enhancements, programming and system/enhancement analysis. Develop and maintain activities for Financials business processes. Maintain and manage the overall project budget, project management deliverables and ensure contract milestones are met satisfactorily before disbursing payments from the project funds. Lead project meetings, identifies, documents and prioritizes scope changes and facilitate approval process; maintain and update all project documents. Maintain issue, risks, schedules, communication plan and other required project logs; facilitate resolution of all outstanding items. Ensures that project deliverables are reviewed by appropriate staff in a timely manner. Manages the resolution of project change orders. Identifies, documents, tracks and facilitates resolution to project issues, decisions, change orders Effectively interfaces with process owners and end users to understand and support their requirements, communicate project status, decisions and escalations to relevant stakeholders. Implement and lead an effective business process change management process that proactively identifies business process changes and incorporates an appropriate impact analysis and approval for such changes across the project team. Ensure regulatory compliance at all times by defining and ensuring adherence to established processes and maintaining updated documentation at all times. Manage records created and received in compliance with the Records Management Policy and Procedures. Responsible for maintaining a general awareness of EMS. Responsible for handling all related job responsibilities in accordance to Environmental Policy, relevant EMS Standard Operating Procedures, and Emergency Management Plan. Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills essential to Job Functions: Ideal candidate will have experience with full lifecycle implementation with a financial ERP system, such as Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics 365AX, PeopleSoft, etc. and technical knowledge of ERP applications. Strong financial data systems/expertise and accounting/systems skills, including accounting principles, financial analysis and common accounting terminology. End-to-end project leadership and technical team member experience with ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Proven experience using Microsoft Project to manage implementations Proven experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to interface with end users and effectively understand and support their requirements. Proven end-to-end project leadership experience and technical tam member with ability to effectively multitask and adapt within a rapidly changing environment while meeting project deadlines for multiple projects. Adept at creating an effective team environment, building strong relationships, solving problems and issues, resolving conflicts, managing resources in a matrix environment, communicating and influencing effectively at all levels of the organization. Required Software Knowledge and Skills essential to Job Functions: Proficiency in using computer systems and the listed software applications associated with performance of assigned work is essential. Basic problem-solving skills associated with software applications used is expected. Software usage relevant to job duties will be evaluated. Software applications: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel VBA, MS Project or Visio, financial data systems and data visualization Safety Responsibility: Perform all job duties and responsibilities in a safe manner to protect one's self, fellow employees, and the public from injury or harm. Promote safety awareness and follow safety procedures and policies. Take an active part in reporting unsafe conditions and any hazards within the workplace to their Supervisor, Manager and/or the Safety Department. Qualifications: Training and/or Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college or university. Required Experience: 8+ years' experience with the successful project management and implementation of Financial ERP systems. Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation experience preferred. Licenses or Certificates: PMP Certification preferred Special Requirements: This position is classified as essential personnel.
