Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services organization is seeking a Sr. Scrum Master. This position can be performed as a virtual telecommuter.

The selected candidate will provide leadership and oversight of the Agile framework to ensure operational excellence in product deliveries. The incumbent will provide guidance, coaching, mentoring and helps educate the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and Scaled Agile framework (SAFe), ensuring that the Agile process is being followed. He/she will help remove impediments and fosters an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. Facilitate team events and functions as the liaison between the Scrum team and people or teams outside the Scrum team.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 9 years of progressive experience; or Master's degree and 7 years of relevant IT professional experience
  • Certified SAFe Scrum Master
  • Experience leading enterprise Agile teams
  • Knowledge and understanding of Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of AWS or other cloud services
  • Knowledge with Engineering and/or Manufacturing processes and tools
  • Knowledge of Siemens Products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: $114,300 USD - $171,500 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
