DescriptionLeidos is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team responsible for the integration, operations, and sustainment of various operational and in-development systems. This position will help lead a team made up of cyber security engineers tasked with keeping all our systems compliant with geospatial-intelligence agency policies. This includes also managing cyber security tasking across all task orders on program, working meticulously with our cyber security manager and program leadership with additional responsibility covering various briefings to internal and external stakeholders.Primary Responsibilities

Help manage team and program roadmaps

Drive the daily execution of an agile engineering team

Help define, document, and track the completion of Epics, Stories, Tasks, and Bugs

Communicate with other Scrum masters, program leadership, customer, and development teams to report on status, blockers, etc.

Run agile meetings such as daily scrum, retrospectives, and planning

Remove impediments that disrupt delivery of tasking for the team

Ensure each team member is working to full dedicated capacity

Basic Qualifications

Requires BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience, and 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects

Active Top Secret Clearance and the ability to achieve TS/SCI with Poly post hire

Agile Development knowledge and experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Problem solving skills, and strong analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail

Capacity to work well in groups and the ability to lead a team.

Preferred Qualifications

SAFe Agile Certification/Scrum Master Certification

CompTIA Security+ Jira/Confluence collaboration tools experience

Geospatial Experience including tools such as ArcGIS

Proven ability to identify and remove blockers and impediments

NIST, A&A, RMF, XACTA, Vulnerability Management, CONMON

This position has a target range for compensation of $168,000 - $190,000.
