Collins Aerospace is seeking a Software Pipeline Engineer to support the Infrastructure, Deployment & Sustainment team. The program will be supporting the creation and deployment of container-based environments into multiple on-prem platforms in challenging cybersecurity environments. What You Will Do​

Accountable for a continuous, repeatable, secure, and automated deploy, integration, and test solutions utilizing SecDevOps techniques in support of mission critical advanced battle management solutions.

Work closely with cyber to ensure security controls are met,

Work closely with software engineers, systems engineers, and implementation teams to ensure performance and deployment compliance.

Develop Infrastructure as Code to deploy and configure portions of software.

Estimated 25% Travel within the US to support customer meetings and cyber events.

​Qualifications You Must Have

Experience with Rancher Kubernetes Engine (RKE2), and SecDevOps Pipelines.

CompTIA Security + or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Active and transferable U.S. government DoD issued TS/SCI security clearance is required prior to start date.

U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

​Qualifications We Prefer​

Experience using Keycloak or implementing a zero- trust model.

Experience with programming or scripting languages (E.g. Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, C, C#, Go).

Experience Developing, Deploying, and Administering CICD Pipelines.

Knowledge of information security toolsets including anti-virus, Vulnerability Assessment, HIDS/ NIDS, host-based or endpoint security solutions, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), and Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) and centralized auditing tools.

Knowledge of Host Based Security System (HBSS) / Endpoint Security Services (ESS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) / Tenable Security Center, and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP).
