Staff Accountant

The chosen candidate will be a crucial part of our team, collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient and accurate accounting operations. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute significantly to our operations.Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy and correctness of all accounting transactions. Handle the organization's Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Perform double-entry bookkeeping tasks. Close the previous month's accounts by the 15th of every current month. Update and maintain business licenses in all operational counties. Manage occupational taxes across all counties we operate in. Prepare documents for tax preparation at the end of each year. Develop yearly Profit & Loss budgets. Oversee inventory levels and manage large orders of raw materials. Maintain the fixed asset list for depreciation purposes. Collaborate with various team members, including payroll, CPA, and occasionally project managers. Assume responsibility for credit card reconciliations. Utilize accounting software such as ComputerEase and Jobcost for posting billings.Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Staff Accountant Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience with Bank Reconciliations is necessary Familiarity with General Ledger management Ability to handle Journal Entries efficiently Experience with Month End Close procedures Knowledge of NetSuite for accounting purposes Proficiency in Oracle financial software Experience with QuickBooks accounting software Knowledge of SAP financial software is required Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
