These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.This position will be responsible for all Sourcing andSupply Chain activity for the International Submarine and Acoustic sub-market segment within the Undersea Warfare (USW) market segment in RMS as well as potentially carrying other day to day Subcontract Program Management responsibilities for programs within USW. This position includes being responsible for the performance of the subcontractors as well as being responsible for material procurement as well. The position will manage the various geographically dispersed Supply Chain teams supporting the division and will be responsible for the Sourcing scope in program execution and in program capture activities as well.This position reports to the USW Market SegmentSourcing lead and will ensure that all activity isreported as required to the Sourcing and Programleadership and supports USW, Corporate and RMSSourcing initiatives as necessary.Basic Qualifications:- Extensive Experience in Subcontract Management and Material Procurement Management, including from RFP generation, Statement of Work creation through closeout- Experienced in fixed price, cost reimbursable and time and material subcontracting- Experience in large scale development and material procurement intensive programs- Demonstrated ability to negotiate large and small scale subcontractor scope and all aspects of the subcontract- Well versed in Risk and Opportunity management- Proven skills in building relationships with programs, subcontractor and functional stakeholders. Have shown ability to be effective at maintaining these relationships with key stakeholders through challenging issues and/or complex problems.- Demonstrable experience managing programs and/or subcontractor performance from red to green status- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse subcontract management teams made up of representatives from multiple disciplines- Must be able to support domestic and international travel to work potential subcontractor/supplier issues, which could be long in duration- Have personally generated and presented Sourcing related status and reporting metrics, including supplier risk based indicator metrics, which provide insight into supplier cost, schedule, technical status- Experience working classified programs- Proven flexibility to be able to multi-task and be able to support multiple complex initiatives at the same time- Strong written and oral communications skills- Well versed in FAR/DFAR (or international equivalents), and LM Acquisition procedures- Experience with the Truth in Negotiation Act (TINA)- Experience managing personnel- Experience as Cost Account Manager (CAM)- Experience with Microsoft Office applications- Demonstrated sense of urgency, Self-Starter- Excellent organization skills- Ability to interpret policies/proceduresDesired Skills:- Experience managing geographically diverse teams- Experience working international programs and international subcontractors- Experience working in secure spaces- Previous LM experience-10+ years of progressive SPM experienceSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
