Superintendent
Must have 5 years of roofing and siding experience.
Oversee daily on-site operations for construction projects.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Must have good communication skills and be detail oriented.
Understand engineering plans, office checklists on a job's Field File.
Maintain detailed project documentation, including estimates, progress reports and schedules.
Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
