Provides leadership, mentoring and coaching including advice and assistance on personal development and technical training of position's employees. Manages the budget for assigned region to ensure bid mileage is completed on time and within budget. Ensures time and material projects are managed to ensure compliance with all pertinent laws and guidelines and that resources are utilized in an efficient and effective manner. Serves as an advocate for safety and electric reliability by providing insight regarding proper work activities and right-of-way specifications. Demonstrates leadership and solid arboriculture knowledge. Develops external relationships to promote right-of-way improvements.
