This is an entry-level position, willing to train the right candidate on the applications we support. Due to the GCC-High environment that our applications are hosted in, there will be a learning curve for anyone not familiar with the set up of our environment

Maintain all SharePoint, OneDrive and other Collaboration Services informational pages.

Provide technical and training support for SharePoint, OneDrive, M365 Apps, and any other tools assigned to the Collaboration Services team.

Present demos and provide updates during Lunch & Learns.

Troubleshoot SharePoint, OneDrive and M365 Apps, issues during weekly Open Help sessions and provide 1:1 support with end users.

Daily support for OneGDIT request and incident tickets assigned to the Collaboration Services team.

Test SharePoint during monthly OS patching, and test during ad-hoc security and network patches.

Create and update training and process documents as needed (knowledge articles and quarterly newsletter).

Create SharePoint sites per BPM Collaboration Site requests, and check completion of required training.

Promote SharePoint and OneDrive best practices and governance.

Provide support to other team members and assist with special projects as needed.

Available for on-call, escalated tickets after hours and weekends for priority 1 issues or Proposal work stoppage, based on team rotation.

Create workflows and custom solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps

Partner with other GDIT Information Technology teams to manage enterprise applications.

Join weekly team meetings and 1:1s with Manager.

Provide weekly status reports.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: A completed Bachelors Degree in a STEM field, or equivalent combination of expeirence and certifications.

Knowledge and/or experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, O365 apps, Nintex, and Power Automate/Power Apps.

Experience with communicating with team members, customers, and management, in a professional manner.

Trouble shooting issues over the phone, share screen and email.

Managing tasks and projects and completing them within a specific timeline.

Remote candidates consider, however the selected candidate would be working with client groups on an East Coast work schedule.
