CACI's Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a cleared (TS/SCI with Poly) Systems Analyst who will manage the sites' Data Center Access Control program on behalf of the site Data Center Manager (DCM). Develop and implement workflow processes to manage all access requests in compliance with NRO or host agency policies and procedures. Develop and maintain access control processes and procedures in coordination with stakeholders. Develop and distribute access control metrics as required. Develop and maintain the sites' data center training programs. Implement security badge updates. Coordinate and resolve access request issues. Develop and manage site rack.

The System Analyst will be accountable to the Data Center (DC) Site Lead and perform the following tasks:
  • Ensure compliance with the DC access policies and implementation plans
  • Coordinate security activities with the site security team
  • Develop and maintain site access control processes and procedures
  • Develop and coordinate workflow processing tools to manage all access requests
  • Develop and distribute site DC metrics (request approvals/denials, requests vs actual entry, etc.)
  • Brief site leadership and other stakeholders on access control topics
  • Audit approved access requests against site badging system access logs on monthly basis
  • Coordinate and resolve approved access requests issues with affected
  • Develop and manage site rack access control program

Required Qualifications:
  • An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
  • Six years recent and relevant experience with Configuration Management
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Great attitude
  • Experience working with customer sites

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology or Engineering)
  • Data Center Certifications
  • Site Customer knowledge
  • Ability to create project documentation
  • Ability to prepare and conduct briefings to diverse audiences
  • Experience with Data Center Management
  • Experience with the Nlyte suite of software tools
  • Experience with ServiceNow

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,300-$146,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
