Primary Responsibilities:

Systems Integration:•Translating users' needs and capabilities into requirements and detailed technical options for government consideration. •Developing specifications for designing, implementing, testing, and assessing enterprise-wide services and capabilities. •Developing technical interoperability standards and specifications and recommending integration and interoperability improvements. •Administering compliance assessments, verifying certification and program compliances, and developing remediation strategies. •Collecting, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators. •Conducting trend analysis. •Developing dashboards and reports to support government oversight and measures of performance of IC investments. •Developing maturity models. •Developing plans of action and milestones (POA&Ms).

Portfolio Integration:

•Translating requirements into scalable and supportable solutions that work well within the overall system architecture. •Developing program assessment processes and methodologies. •Tracking, reporting key progress on, and analyzing cost, schedule, risk, and performance. •Providing recommendations to improve integration and interoperability. •Developing program assessment processes and methodologies to measure and report on portfolios' effectiveness. •Developing business cases, concepts of operations (CONOPs), and memoranda agreements. •Monitoring, forecasting, evaluating, and assessing programmatic trends and relationships. •Developing integration and transition plans. •Conducting quality reviews of products and deliverables prior to release. •Developing data collection needs and collecting data to facilitate the client's decision on investments. •Developing performance goals and key milestones. •Developing schedules, monthly progress updates, changes to the schedule, resources applied, and work breakdown structures. •Monitoring alignment with IC goals and objectives and key performance indicators. •Accounting for technology asset lifecycle costs and risks. •Predicting and analyzing time and cost outcomes. •Facilitating program management reviews.

Risk Management:

•Developing risk mitigation strategies, solutions, and recommendations. •Developing, documenting, and assessing measures and metrics as they pertain to information security assessments and risk acceptance.

Minimum Requirements:

•TS/SCI with CI Poly •Bachelor's degree and two (2) or more years of relevant experience (or Master's degree with one (1) or more years of relevant experience) in the following: •Developing, implementing, integrating, and evaluating systems engineering-related projects. •Collaborating with diverse IC stakeholders to drive consensus and forward progress. •Working with the Intelligence Community (IC) is a plus but is not required.

Desired Skills:

•Excellent written and oral communication skills. •Detail-oriented and ability to consistently provide high-quality products that are concise, thorough, and accurate. •Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
