Provide support by analyzing and evaluating existing process improvements under the direction of Supervisor, which are designed to develop and enhance technical or project coordination expertise and knowledge. Serve as liaison between Design, Construction/Operations and external local, state and federal agency staff/contacts providing practical perspective on permitting processes and cost estimates. Perform updates to GIS footprint. Provide support with follow-up on work designs/projects if any deficiencies are identified. Assist with interpretation and communication of company policies and procedures to customers. Conducts field assessment of electrical infrastructure for auditing needs, including review and processing of invoices to ensure accuracy and financial analysis to determine the most cost-effective solutions and performance levels. Assists in storm response. Provide assistance with inspecting project sites, organizes site/office meetings and prepares or orders surveying of detailed drawings utilizing ArcFM, AutoCAD, or other tools as appropriate.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & ExperienceThe knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences that are required for entry into this job include the following:

2-5 years of related permitting experience

Skills: good written, verbal and interpersonal communication; math and technical aptitude; time management and organization; project management; analytical; problem solving

Abilities: adaptable to change, demonstrate initiative, effectively interact with customers; teaming; detail oriented; Ability to manage multiple activities and resources.

Physical attributes required to perform essential functions of the job: walking, climbing, stooping, bending and prolonged standing.
