Responsibilities:

-Answering phone calls from customers and dispatching trips to drivers

- Communicate with drivers, customers, and other staff members to ensure timely transportation

- Dispatch drivers and provide them with necessary information for successful trips

Qualifications:

- High school level education or GED

- Excellent communication skills

- Clean background

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills
