Isobar Public Sector is seeking a Technical Business Analyst who can effectively balance strategic, long-term planning with the tactical day-to-day demands of supporting a mission-focused customer. The ideal candidate must be a fast learner, and able to effectively engage and work across teams to quickly understand existing products and evolve to a product SME and advocate. An aptitude for learning, strategic planning and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within an organization.

In this role, the ideal candidate will engage with resources across Government and Contractor teams to provide a range of Technical Business Analysis services.

What You’ll Do

  • Requirements capture enumeration and prioritization
  • Development of Training Materials
  • Development of Standard Operating Procedures for product use and operation
  • Iterative testing and feedback, for this evolving GOTS product; Assist in the validation of capabilities, development of concept of operations, and elicitation of functional requirements for new service offerings
  • Change management and communications services
  • Tier 1 technical support for users, related to the technical operation of the product, including technical support, troubleshooting, coordination of issue remediation, etc. Serve as technical SME on the team for program functionality, troubleshooting and analysis
  • Development and maintenance of technical documentation and support portal content
  • Support the research, development of guidance, and development of decision making methodologies and approaches, and provide direct assistance in the form of focused workshops and seminars, and user engagements
  • Proactively seek opportunities to define and improve processes to align and optimize resources across functional areas, and in response to a dynamic customer environment

Who You Are

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • 7+ years of relevant experience, supporting federal product development and deployment initiatives
  • Knowledge of Federal Cybersecurity concepts, processes, and industry best practices with knowledge of cybersecurity products and services; Experience providing cybersecurity engineering, support, analysis, documentation, and validation services for a broad set of IT solutions
  • Knowledge and experience supporting the elicitation of requirements, concept of operations and deployment plans
  • Demonstrated excellent technical writing and presentation skills; experience with creating and presenting executive level presentations, briefs, and reports to multiple technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and writing skills as well as demonstrated competence working directly with executive and senior-level federal clients
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple work streams, competing requirements and multiple schedules and to facilitate coordination and reconciliation between different stakeholders with the aim of delivering a comprehensive solution that exceeds expectations
  • Experience supporting Mobile Security products and services a plus
  • Technical or leadership certification in the cybersecurity domain (CISSP, CISM, or similar) a plus
