YSI is seeking a highly qualified Technical Project Manager. The selected candidate will be part of the Integrated Budget Documentation and Execution System multi-disciplinary team. Job Responsibilities: - Managing multiple contract operations, ensuring quality standards and work performance on all task orders and projects; planning, organizing and overseeing work efforts; assigning resources; managing personnel; providing risk management; ensuring quality management; monitoring overall project and contract performance.
- Have a Statistical, Engineering, and quantitative analysis courses.
- Assemble project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, cost, timeline risks and issues appropriately.
- Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
- Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
Required Qualifications and Skills: - 15 or more years cost analysis experience, and familiarity with Data Sources (e.g., cost and software data reporting, EVM).
- Secret Clearance Required
- Bachelors or Masters in relevant field.
