Technical Project Manager

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a <IT Project Manager>

• The Project Manager can deliver the following responsibilities:
  • Utilize the Scrum process and Agile practices to help structure the work in Jira and reporting structures
  • Maintain and ensure product vision and goals are met and communicate product workflow to keep colleagues informed every step of the way
  • Identify organizational roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide meaningful feedback to the team, so we can improve, innovate, and move forward
  • Collaborate with the team on the implementation and continuous improvement of Agile practices
  • Leadership and Ownership of ongoing reporting
  • Help facilitate the SAFe/ART events and PI processes and assist the teams in delivering value, communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement
  • Strong experience in developing Jira reports and dashboards using JIRA and eazyBI for project execution status and leadership reporting
  • Track and manage JIRA architectural tasks, collate backlogs for PI's, status updates and provide summary reports to the leadership team timely and accurately

  • Leading SAFe (SA)
  • Other SAFe Certifications
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent
• Tools
  • Good understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, development, and networking platforms
  • Expertise in Microsoft Project Server, SharePoint and Confluence
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Dashboard reports
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel/Analyzing data
  • Skilled in JQL
• Skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Managing Agile projects
  • Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies
  • Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management/SAFe principles and best practices
  • Skilled in documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as easyBI, PowerBI, Excel, or SSRS
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, capacity planning to ensure successful project completion
  • Experience in helping Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives
  • Leadership reporting using JIRA Dashboard Reporting and Confluence
  • Ability to Plan and execute Program Increments (PI)
