Primary Responsibilities:

•Responsible for editing, proofreading, and providing writing support on non-technical and/or technical documents or sections of documents prepared by writers such as manuals, procedures, and specifications. •Duties may include ensuring documents meet editorial and government specifications and adhering to standards for quality, graphics, coverage, format, and style. •Influences the development of solutions that impact strategic project/program/mission goals and business results.•Recommend and implement new solutions, processes, policies, and standards in support of the function's strategy and operations.•Provide measurable input to new solutions, processes, or standards to achieve functional/project objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree and four (4) or more years of relevant work experience (or Masters's degree and two (2) or more years of relevant work experience) in the following: •Editing, proofreading, and providing writing support on non-technical or technical documents in relevant intelligence areas.2. TS/SCI with CI Poly3. Three (3) or more years working with the Intelligence Community (IC).

Desired Skills:•Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization/project. •Expert knowledge of industry best practices, advanced techniques, and solutions within a professional discipline to develop new standards, processes, and solutions.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
