- 2 or more years of proven experience in digital product management, having successfully delivered both platform and API focused products
- University degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics or other quantitative field
- Preferably experienced in telecommunications / CPaaS space
- Ability to engage with high tech engineering teams to deliver complex technical solutions
- Experience using agile development methodologies with globally-distributed teams and ability to keep up with a fast-paced and global company
- Experience talking to customers, understanding their problems, and synthesizing the findings to inform product strategy
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams ranging from tech, sales, operations, and data analytics
- Ability to build wireframes and mockups

- Responsibilities
- Contribute to and lead the launch & optimization of products
- Discover and implement requirements for new features by working with internal & external stakeholders across all levels
- Transform business requirements to product backlog items
- Define the scope of development for new product features & ongoing feature improvements
- Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and actively communicate contingency and mitigation plans
- Build wireframes and mockups, write functional specifications, document requirements
- Work daily with engineering & business development teams to get deliveries & releases over the line
- Engage directly with customers to optimize the product portfolio. Be able to communicate both the business and technical rationale behind your product decisions
