- The Client is seeking a Technical Writer to join a growing team that supports teams across the enterprise. The right candidate will have a genuine ability to use language as a tool, and a deeply technical experience as a tech writer. They’ll also be strong grammarians who understand how sentence structure and word choice can clarify or obscure meaning. - You will work with software development teams to document user functionality that will affect thousands of client associates. You will work across teams and technical and product verticals to gather work requirements, resolve dependencies, and deliver content alongside the feature it covers. You’re open to new and modern ways of constructing and delivering content and focused on serving user needs. You’re also passionate about quality and ready to do what it takes to achieve it.
- As a team leads you to understand the benefits and necessity of positive collaboration and work hard to keep all stakeholders informed as projects progress or obstacles are encountered. You’re equally comfortable reporting to leadership, interacting directly with users, and working with partner teams toward a common goal.

- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- At least 3 years of technical writing experience.
- Comfortable using GitHub and experience with Confluence class="xBCX0 xSCXW37526030" aria-hidden="true"
- 1+ year experience working with topic-based authoring, specifically MadCap Flare
- Comfortable collaborating with developers to translate their content into easily understood documentation
- Experience writing in an Agile software development process
- Solid understanding of data management technologies and processes
- 5+ years of technical writing experience
- 1+ year experience with SDLC
- 3+ years experience in software development
- 1+ year experience in a financial services industry
- 3+ years experience working in an Agile environment
