The Federal Reserve's Office of Client Services has an opening for a Technology Services Manager reporting to the Technology Manager of Corporate Services, Business Dedicated Group

In your role as a Technology Services Manager (TSM), you will have responsibility for managing the services and portfolio of client applications and infrastructure. You will provide specialized technical services through knowledge and expertise focused on defining and improving client technology needs or product vision and strategy.

What You Will Do:
  • Develops and maintains business relationships with critical clients/vendors and represents client/vendor interests in the planning and implementation of services. May manage matrixed teams in the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Proactively identifies new service needs, assists in defining product vision and strategy, and represents client in technology planning efforts.
  • Actively resolves and tracks the completion of events, changes, problems, incidents, and requests within appropriate process guidelines. Coordinates business requirements and scope, and participates in cross-functional teams to ensure product adherence to business requirements.
  • Effectively communicates with clients and other resources to update and maintain progress status. Provide input / status updates to senior leadership and executives during project design, build, and testing phases.
  • Initiate and prioritize projects, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule. Compiles reports related to client needs, and assists in identifying and analyzing service trends.
  • Serves as primary point of contact. Ensures the delivery of high-quality, cost effective and efficient services. Facilitates and coordinates planning and implementation efforts related to client`s needs.
  • Lead initiatives, as appropriate, representing Services Delivery to Business and Reserve Bank Partners.
  • Ensures transparency in communications between business partners, National IT and product/service providers.
  • Facilitates business partner feedback engagements to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6 - 9 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Agile, SAFe, and cloud implementations preferable
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Collaborative team player, capable of working well with others, but also autonomously with little direction
  • Comfortable facilitating discussions with large groups

  • The hiring range of the POSITION is 118,080 - 164,340 annually.
  • For candidates outside Richmond, VA, listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
  • Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual's knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications.
