Ten is Currently Hiring Hosts, Food Runners and Barbacks.

We are looking for friendly, engaging, interesting and hospitality-oriented candidates to join our team.

Ideal candidates would enjoy working in a trendy, fine-dining establishment, love people, love Japanese food, have a heart for hospitality, a great degree of emotional intelligence, a willingness to hustle and a keen eye for detail.

Ten is a long-established Charlottesville institution. We offer some of the most competitive wages in town, and starting rate is negotiable based on experience. For anyone with high-level hospitality or culinary aspirations, this is an excellent place to learn, grow and earn a living.

We have full-time and part-time positions available in the evening only, with some of the most competitive wages and tips in town.
