Summary:The client is seeking a high-energy Business Development Professional with a track record of success. You will lead capture and proposal activities. You will create capture plans, interact with potential customer(s) and industry partners, qualify opportunities, and lead opportunities toward a high win probability. As the Capture Manager, you will support capture for opportunities associated with these areas: Cyber, Cloud, DevSecOps, and agile software development. Join a strong and passionate management team and take a fast-growing National Cyber Security company to the next level.Responsibilities: Test Automation Engineer leads development and implementation of all aspects of the Capture Plan, including Win Strategy, Price to Win, etc. Aggressively identify and qualify opportunities; Leads Capture for all qualified opportunities assigned As a Test Automation Engineer, you will lead customer requirement influencing strategy, requirement interpretation, and solution generation Leads stakeholder management and keeps the Leadership Team informed and engaged, including timely escalation of issues needing resolutionREQUIREMENTS: The candidate should have current, deep connections/relationships with one or more agencies where they have recently grown business in Cyber, Cloud, DevSecOps, or agile software development A clear understanding of Cyber, Cloud, and DevSecOps and agile software development and the ability to work with technical teams to develop and evolve win strategies, key offer elements, competitive discriminators, and resulting win themes The candidate should have deep knowledge of the Capture process and the discipline to pursue qualified opportunitiesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
