Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Testing Center Manager in Norfolk, Virginia. As a Testing Center Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of a testing facility, ensuring the secure and efficient administration of various types of exams. This role involves staff management, compliance with testing regulations, coordinating student accommodations, and upholding the integrity of the testing environment. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the testing facility Ensure secure and efficient administration of standardized, course-based, and certification assessments Manage and schedule staff effectively to maintain smooth operation Maintain compliance with all testing protocols and procedures Coordinate appropriate accommodations for students taking tests Uphold the integrity of the testing environment at all times Foster strong relationships with students and staff through effective communication and correspondence Answer inbound calls and inquiries related to test planning and scheduling Support student success and academic standards by adhering to institutional policies and promoting operational excellence. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a testing center environment Proficient in answering inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries Experience in staff scheduling and allocation of resources Demonstrated ability in test planning, creating test procedures and protocols Strong management skills with an ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent relationship management skills, with a focus on maintaining client satisfaction Ability to compose detail-oriented correspondence with clients and team members Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in test management Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
