Assists with development of training materials that meet identified training objectives and comply with established development standards. Maintain expertise as instructional technologist. Facilitate training sessions.Perform other duties as requested or assigned.The company is actively seeking United States military veterans and service members who meet the qualifications. Military service members and veterans with ranks from E3-E5, W1-W2, or O1-O3, plus appropriate equivalent combination of education and years of experience as outlined above.Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & ExperienceThe knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience required for entry into this job include the following:

Minimum of 3 years directly-related experience (Note: A partial year of related work experience of 6 months or greater will be considered one year towards the qualifications)

Content Development experience required

Proficiently performs assignments having the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience needed to carry out all aspects of the job

Exercises independent judgement and decision-making in planning, organizing, and conducting work assignments

May receive instructions and guidance on unusual or complex problems and knows when to get others involved

Effectively utilizes the proper resources to develop solutions and devise new approaches to problems encountered in work assignments

Identifies and eliminates unnecessary work and non-value added activities

Performs routine work assignments but over time will demonstrate the ability to perform more difficult work assignments

Works under established policies and procedures to meet set schedules and system or program requirements

Continues to develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities to reach a higher level of proficiency and work complexity

Full knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent personal computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 Suite

Experience with Info Mapping principles/tools

Working knowledge of Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud

Good analysis and problem solving skills

Good organizational skills

Ability to train and lead others

Ability to process information and questions quickly and develop answers
