About the Role:

Traveling Store Development Associates support new store openings and store remodels within roughly 4 hours of the Richmond area.

This is a hands-on job where you’ll help set up, merchandise, and prepare stores for opening day.

Work Schedule

10–14 days on the road, followed by 4 days off

All store assignments are pre-planned and project-based

Travel is required; reliable transportation is a must

Pay & Benefits

Starting at $20/hr

All travel, hotel, and related expenses paid by Dollar Tree
