Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support a government customer. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Program Manager and Technical Program team with duties such as scheduling meetings and travel, processing sensitive documentation, attending meetings, and preparing meeting briefs, and other tasks as needed.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant: - Support the Government PM and Program PM with administrative duties
- Scheduling and attending meetings
- Assisting with granting access to meeting visitors
- Processing sensitive documents and paperwork as needed
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant: - U.S. Citizenship and DoD Top Secret SCI Clearance (required)
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a Government environment
- Prefer Bachelors Degree
Compensation for the Acquisition / Contract Specialist: - $70,000-80,000k
