Reviewing or gathering requirements for new automation projects.
Documenting the automation process, including workflow design, logic, and any specific configurations.
Using UiPath Studio or other RPA development tools to design workflows that replicate, and streamline identified processes.
Coding and scripting attended and unattended bot to implement logic and functionality within the automation script.
Analyzing the identified processes to determine the feasibility and benefits of automation. Identify potential challenges and areas for optimization.
Testing developed automation scripts to identify and resolve any bugs or issues. Verify that the automated process behaves as expected in various scenarios.
Addressing and resolving any incidents or issues identified during monitoring. This may involve debugging scripts, adjusting configurations, or collaborating with development teams for more complex problems.
Training end-users or colleagues on using automated processes.
Assist and mentor Citizen Developers as needed.
Communicating with team members, project managers, or stakeholders through emails and project meetings to provide updates on progress, discuss challenges, and gather feedback.
Following the organization’s defined procedures and standards.
Deploying automated processes to UiPath Orchestrator and the relevant RPA environment and ensuring a smooth transition from development to production.
Monitoring the performance of deployed robots and handling any issues that arise. Performing regular maintenance to address changes in business processes or technology.
Managing patches and updates for RPA tools, libraries, or dependencies. Ensuring that the deployed automation is compatible with the latest software versions.
Providing weekly and monthly updates on completed tasks and upcoming automation initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
BA/BS (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or Administration, or other related disciplines)
UiPath Developer certification.
1+ years of experience developing in a Robotic Process Automation environment, UiPath preferred.
Success in integrating UiPath in a COTS environment with other applications (e.g, Unison PRISM, Oracle Applications, etc.) for seamless end-to-end automation.
Understanding of the UiPath REFramework template
Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or VB.NET.
Proficiency in UiPath, including a solid understanding of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath tools as taught by UiPath Academy.
Prior experience in designing efficient and effective RPA workflows that align with business requirements.
Capability to implement robust exception handling mechanisms to ensure automated processes are resilient to errors.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging code written by others to identify and resolve issues in automated workflows.
Awareness of security best practices when developing and deploying RPA solution
Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation for developed processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teammates, understand requirements, and explain automation solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize automated processes.

The likely salary range for this position is $80,226 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
