CapTech’s Customer Experience (CX) team seeks aUX Analystwith adriveforuser researchand testing toensurethe development of engagingandusableexperiences. You have a solid understanding of user research and usability testing methodologies, with strong analytic capabilities necessary to provide insights and recommendations based on those insights.
You are a self-motivatedcriticalthinker, with theabilityto providewell-reasonedideasforall your engagements.

You enjoy collaborating with otherResearchersInteraction Designers, Developers, and Analysts.
You have a proven ability to meet tight deadlines, with supervision, in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Responsibilities may include:
Supporting various types of research and testing efforts, including moderated and unmoderated usability studies, surveys, card sorts, tree tests, etc.
Creating clean, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams that communicatethe research methods used, findings, and recommendations
Helping to preparewhitepapers based onprimaryresearch conducted by CapTech
Researching and providing overviews of credible reports from third parties
Consulting with clients and team members on the benefits ofresearch-backeduser experience and interaction design
Researching and understanding technology trends
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create clean, detailed, deliverables with high productionvalue;e.g.,customer journey maps,flows, wireframes,and findingspresentations
Strong conceptual and visual communication skills
Working knowledge ofAgileproduct development lifecyclesand practicesis a plus
Familiarity with accessibility principles and assessment methodsisa plus
Proficiency in tools such asOptimal Workshop,UserZoom(Validately), SurveyMonkey, Figma,InVision,andAxure
1-3years professional experience
4-year+ degree, BA or BS inDesign,InformationScience, HCI, orPsychology
