Conducting the demos, Proof of Concepts, Technical sales presentation, Demos using RPA/ BPM tools. Worked closely with the sales team to understand the customer needs, analyze the operational data. Provide Demos, liaise with technical, functional team to troubleshoot software issues various accounts. Business & Technology Savvy IT Professional with a passion for Pre-Sales Product and Application Support, Product Renewals, Software reselling (Appian, Mendix) Assist with coordination, admin, implementation, and evaluation of persistent robust sales technology stack. Be the go-to-person to provide first line support to the sales organization for Appian, Mendix and RPA technologies. Responsibilities:

  • Provides global direction for a corporation or organization by developing short-term and long-term financial and operational goals
  • Works with other executive colleagues and departmental managers to implement plans and policies throughout the organization
