As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Human Resources for our Intel & Cyber groups to join our executive HR leadership team.As the Vice President, Human Resources Intel/Cyber you will serve as a trusted consultant and strategic business partner to the Intel & Cyber Business Group President. The VP, Human Resources will oversee Intel & Cyber-aligned HR support, develop and direct policies and programs for workforce recruitment, retention, and development, and align HR strategies with business goals to drive organizational effectiveness. The VP Human Resources will lead HR aspects of the business from the bid process through program transition and execution. Local hybrid role preferred (work on-site in Chantilly, VA when required and work remote-telework from home). Anticipating 40% on-site, 60% remote-telework. A minimum Active Top Secret Clearance is required.Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic business partner to Business Group President, performing in a consultative role to support the business and manage global workforce and inherent risk.

Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Engage in the effective development of CONOPS strategy in the pursuit of new business growth.

Provide expertise and guidance on human resources-related elements, such as staffing plans, compensation strategies, and organizational design, to support the bid and proposal process; successfully transition awarded programs.

Lead Business Group HR Operations team to partner with Talent Acquisition in the recruitment of top talent. Drive profitability through staffing.

Lead people leaders through the performance and talent management cycles, annual benefits enrollment, and provide guidance to all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Ensure fair and transparent standards are administered in performance improvement and HR-related issue resolution.

Analyze current and future workforce needs, assess workforce talent, and develop strategies to address skill gaps

Work with HR Operations team to address employee concerns and develop effective communications to the business; articulate the business group’s vision to the broader workforce

Champion employee wellbeing, advance employee rights and benefits, and foster a culture of fairness and support within the organization

Enhance profitability by expanding utilization of the Federal HR Service Center.

Interface with external customers or agencies on behalf of the business

Essential Knowledge and Skills :

Extensive knowledge of labor relations, HR policies and applicable laws and regulations

Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives

Government contracting background, to include the bid and proposal process, program transition and execution

Strong understanding of the portfolio mission and customer base

Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies

Proficiency in HR technology and analytics for data-driven decision-making

Ability to drive organizational change and manage complex HR projects

Ability to identify a compliant path to the removal of business obstacles and effective navigation of the Business Group’s unique business complexities

Strong understanding of various contractual vehicles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a leadership capacity

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and managers

Understanding of P&L modeling and execution is preferred

Experience, Education and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an associated discipline; master’s degree is highly desirable.

Typically 20 years progressive HR or related experience with at least 5 years in management of a major HR function; prefer 7 years’ experience in a Human Resources manager’s role.

Previous experience within the Intelligence Community is required.

US Citizenship is required.

Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance is required.

Prefer someone local to Chantilly, VA (work on-site when required and work remote-telework). Anticipating 40% on-site, 60% remote-telework.

Previous experience leading HR for a government contracting business line or large program is required.

Position requires domestic travel if you are not based near our headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia. Expect 20-25% travel to Chantilly, VA.
