JOB DESCRIPTION

VSU - ServiceNow Developer. A ServiceNow developer is required to develop, test and deploy service request forms and workflow.ON SITE: TWO DAYS ON SITE REQUIREDParking available on campus for contractors

VSU - ServiceNow Developer. A ServiceNow developer is required to develop, test and deploy service request forms and workflow.

Day to Day:• Develop, maintain, and enhance service request applications on the ServiceNow platform to automate and improve business processes• Develop test cases for functional, UAT testing, resolution of reported defects and perform integration testing using sample data• Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC• Collaborate with the project manager to establish timelines, specifications, and budget• Implement and monitor changes to ensure a smooth transition• Conduct staff training on new procedures• Provide regular updates on project status to supervisors

Candidates must have ALL the “Required” skills in order to be considered for the position. “Desired” or “Highly Desired” skills are a PLUS but may NOT be required.
