Warehouse Associate - Mercana Furniture and Decor

Mercana is a leading wholesaler of home furnishings in North America, with interior designers and retail partners worldwide. As a design-first company, we create distinctive seasonal pieces for the home, including wall art, furniture, lighting, and home decor accessories. Mercana is seeking experienced warehouse associates to join our Newport News, Virginia team.Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong work reliability

Previous experience in a distribution environment is ideal but not required

Candidates must be physically fit:bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting involved

Must be able to move furniture (+50lbs) repetitively

Steel-toed safety shoes are required

Basic computer skills and the ability to understand shipping/picking documentation arenecessary

Fluent in English oral and written

Reliable Transportation to/from the facility
