Position Summary:The Warehouse Supervisor will serve as the overall floor manager for day to day operation of the warehouse. This individual should be highly organized, have a keen eye for detail, and work diligently to build and develop a strong warehouse team. Collaborative management and teamwork are a must in this role as we all work together to innovate creative solutions, expand our team rapidly, and maintain our overall level of excellence. The Warehouse Supervisor will be tasked with understanding a wide range of skills and systems including our inventory management and fulfillment system (Deposco), internal databases, UPS tracking, and general daily outbound and inbound protocols and procedure. Early hours, weekend, and longer days may be required during peak seasons.Job Duties/Responsibilities:Day to day management of all inbound, outbound, and kitting processes and protocols
Management of warehouse employees (10-15 people) and work to develop a cross functional group to increase efficiencies and scalability
Manage inventory and maintain regular cycle counts
Ensure Warehouse organization to maintain efficient operations, safety procedures and general cleanliness
Manage all Warehouse vendors and deliveries to make sure supplies are received accurately
Coordinate receiving and put away of new inventory
Assist in planning and implementation of department initiatives in collaboration with the Logistics Manager
Conduct weekly team meetings to ensure all processes and protocols are up to date and being followed accurately
Lead in the training of all new employees and/or temps
Serve as the lead motivator of the Warehouse team in order to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual warehouse goals and objectives
Keep a keen eye on ways to improve existing systems and processes while maintaining the highest levels of satisfaction and a low error rate
Skills Required:Associate’s Degree w/3-5 years of experience in related field.
Valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record.
1-2 years Management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a warehouse which is both a professional and physical environment.
