Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding, friendly service through daily communication with both internal and external customers
Ensure smooth and timely process flow
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
Track and Trace files and reporting
Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable
Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers’ service standards
Understand all the elements of the import and export Desk Level Operating Procedure
Contribute and maintain good relationships with suppliers
Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
Network communications, timely responses to emails and requests
Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company policy
Completing mandatory training – 52 hours per year
6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
Understanding of ocean, road and air documentation process a plus
Pro-active, strong organizational skills
Proficiency in the following software products: MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
Fluent in English
