Summary of Experience Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SOX, internal controls and/or audit (prefer 3+ busy seasons in public accounting) Interpretation, understanding and application of current accounting standards and practices (3 years) Identification and documentation of risks and corresponding internal controls (3 years) Consumption, understanding and documentation of complex processes and accounting policies (3 years) Multinational corporate experience a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
